Feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions? Tending to the ADHD Garden of Mind is a mindfulness journey crafted specifically for ADHDers.
Struggling to sit still and focus during traditional meditation practices?
This course is designed specifically for ADHDers who want to explore mindfulness in a way that works with their brain, not against it. No need to "clear your mind"—just bring yourself and an open mind, and dive into practices that make mindfulness accessible, practical, and effective for ADHD brains and bodies.
This course builds on the research and practices of many mindfulness and neuroscience pioneers but breaks down the elements of mindfulness meditation into shorter and more relevant practices for ADHD brains and bodies.
To participate in this course, all you need to bring is your self and an open mind. There is no expectation that you will be able to “clear your mind” or stop thinking, in fact the opposite is expected!

The practice is all about recognizing the mind has wandered and bringing it back. This practice in itself strengthens the ability to respond, rather than react, and direct focus more easily.
