About the Instructor:

Gillian Hestad is a registered clinical social worker specializing in ADHD, an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, and a trained Safe and Sound Protocol Provider. As an ADHDer who providers therapy for ADHDers and other neurodivergent folks, Gillian has created this course to provide ADHDers easier ways to strengthen, strategize, accommodate, and work-with their unique executive functioning profile.
