$165 / 50-minute session (GST-Exempt).
Report Writing: $165 / Hour

Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless we’ve arranged something different.

I accept e-transfer, cash, or cheque.
If forms, invoices, or payment systems are overwhelming for ANY reason:

No explanation required.
Many extended health plans cover Registered Clinical Social Workers (RCSWs).
- I don’t bill insurers directly, but I provide detailed receipts so you can submit for reimbursement.
- Please check your plan for details on coverage amounts and requirements.
- You are responsible for confirming your insurance coverage for Registered Clinical Social Workers (RCSW). No refunds will be issued for denied claims.
- RCSW services are recognized under the Income Tax Act; you may be able to claim counselling fees on your tax return.
Third-party funding may be available for:
- Crime Victim Assistance Program (eligible claimants)
- First Nations Health Authority — Mental Wellness program
- Certain Ministry of Children and Family Development programs (e.g., Autism Funding)
Custom workshops and learning experiences for teams, schools, and organizations (neurodiversity-affirming practice, ADHD in education, supporting neurodivergent professionals).

- If you know you’ll be late, send me a quick message if you can.
- I hold your spot for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, the appointment is considered missed and the session fee is charged.
Because sessions are booked consecutively, I usually won’t be able to extend your time.
Your time is valuable. So is mine.
We do our best together.
Life shifts. That’s understandable.
Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are billed in full.
Feeling unwell? You can switch to video or phone instead — even last-minute.
The goal is: you get support when you need it and my practice stays sustainable.
